A great first question to any realtor could be, “can you find or sell a home for its greatest value?” Having extensive experience in both the financial and technology sectors of banking, I believe we can achieve that together. Working for the Federal Reserve Bank for over 14 years has played a key role in helping me understand economic indicators, which can help us determine when it’s a good time to sell or buy a home. Knowing where to find the economic data and understanding how to decipher it, provides us an additional advantage because we are not waiting for someone else to tell us where to get the information, we already have it. Another advantage we have to my 20+ years in banking is, we have access to a network of folks who can help get you financed and having been exposed to it for over 20 years, I understand how those processes work. Also, having spent over 6 years in Information Technology, we gain the added benefit of knowing what mediums to use when finding, selling or showcasing your home.
I have further augmented my practical experience by:
 

• Attaining a degree in Business Administration
• Earning the coveted CDPE Certification (Certified Distressed Property Expert)
• Earning the SFR Certification through the National Association of Realtors ( Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource)
• Currently attending the Phillip's Graduate Institute to attain a masters degree in psychology

Keeping up on education in this quick paced market is not only important but necessary to stay informed and up to date with changes that occur daily.
